No. At the moment of booking at least the 50% of the tour price will need to be paid, which is not refundable. The remaining 50% should be paid within the day before the tour.

I would like to say ‘the whole year’. In the so called “green season” Krabi offers a different image of itself, still very interesting and enjoyable. At a normal weather conditions, green season rain may be limited to a few hours a day. The best period to visit Krabi if you aim at dry weather is between November and April, when the monsoon has already left the country.

You cancel or change the date of the tour no latest than 24 hours before departure. Cancellations or date changes with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded except in special cases.
We should consider that in most cases, bad weather at the time of pick up does not mean bad weather for the whole day. If the weather is just rainy, the tour will proceed as planned. If there is a formal bad weather warning from the local authorities, the tour will be cancelled and the money refunded. In all other cases, if the client decides to cancel the tour, penalty fees will apply.
A minibus or a passenger truck will come to pick you up at your hotel or at the place and time specified on the voucher
At the moment of the booking we will specify on the voucher a telephone number to contact by WhatsApp or through the bell boy of your hotel, in case the transfer has a delay of 10 minutes or more. Usually these delays are standard and depend on traffic or other small issues, but we prefer to recheck where the driver is and how long he needs to reach you
