Upon arrival at the airport, inside the arrival area you will meet your driver or an airport representative holding a sign with your name. Please approach him/her and follow his/her instructions. Krabi airport has two arrival terminals, and in some circumstances we can’t be sure whether you will arrive at T1 or T2 (this depends on several variants). To reduce the waiting time before you meet the driver, we have two options: at departure you should inform us on the travel itinerary of your baggage – whether you collect them in Bangkok or in Krabi – or, if this is not possible, you should contact us by phone immediately upon landing in Krabi: to do so, approach the Information desk at the terminal and ask to make a call to one of these numbers:
